Upon arrival at the hotel late at night, I found the rooms to be dirty with stains and even discovered a pill on the window sill. The service was subpar, with rude interactions and unhelpful responses. However, the location was convenient for the event I was attending, and Ketan at the front desk was particularly helpful. Overall, a mixed experience with cleanliness and service concerns.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room cleanliness was a major issue with the presence of inappropriate items, malfunctioning toilet, and security concerns near the emergency exit. However, the room did have useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The service was a mixed bag with friendly staff but some unusual incidents. The location was convenient, but I had an unfortunate encounter with bed bugs. The dining options were limited but seemed safe. Overall, the facilities were standard with nothing exceptional.
